We offer a range of shipping options depending on your location and product ordered. Decals ordered within Canada and the US ship free of charge but are shipped using Canada Post Lettermail and do not have tracking numbers. Orders within Canada are typically shipped with Canada Post.
What is BioThane®? How durable is it?

Biothane is a durable, waterproof material made from a strong polyester webbing coated in a protective polymer. It’s built to handle tough conditions without absorbing moisture—so it won’t get heavy, stiff, or hold onto odors like traditional materials.
With an impressive break strength typically ranging from 500–1,000+ lbs (depending on width and hardware), Biothane offers exceptional reliability for both everyday use and demanding applications. It resists wear, abrasion, and harsh weather.
Cleaning & care.

BioThane products can be cleaned in warm water with gentle soap. Use a sponge or cloth to scrub and stubborn spots or dirt. If you take your gear in salt water, it’s recommended to wash after each use to avoid corrosion in the hardware. Hang to dry and your gear will look good as new!
Liability & Responsibility

Make sure to inspect your gear regularly for any snags, rips or chew marks from general wear and tear. All hardware is permanently fastened with rivets or Chicago screws - we recommend looking over your hardware frequently. It is the responsibility of the buyer/user to inspect and supervise pets whenever using or playing with gear. Pets should never be left alone with collars or leashes on. Timber & Tails does not assume responsibility for any injuries or damages resulting from improper care/inspection of gear or improper/negligent supervision.
